![]() ![]() ![]() This research highlights the importance of understanding adolescents’ experiences in virtual communities to understand better their tendency and attitude in relating to issues in their online and offline environments. By interviewing a group of adolescents from at least eight provinces in Indonesia, this research examines the phenomenological experiences regarding their action, perception, and evaluation of their involvement through various virtual communities. Alternatively, this research would see whether their engagement in virtual communities is mainly related to entertainment, social connections, and other matters not directly related to politics and discussion of public issues. ![]() the group of new voters, even first-time voters, use virtual forums to be critically engaged in a discussion of public issues. The increase of political discussions and political debates over the Internet and social media in Indonesia has become the trigger of this research to see whether adolescents as. This research examines how adolescents perceive their memberships and involvement in virtual forums and whether the young generations see this involvement facilitate their engagement with public issues surrounding them. It can now be concluded that if the videos or posts are significant and motivating it is shared among families and friends. The graph results and findings of the inspirational video of Nick Vujicic states that from the year 2011 wherein the video views count rose up because of the content of the video which is very inspirational and worth sharing. Descriptive statistics were utilized using the frequency analysis of the viral posts in a certain period of time to check the frequency of the positive and negative emotional comments of the netizens. This study used the Data Mining method found in the social media YouTube video of the inspirational viral post of Nick Vujicic-"The man with no arms and limbs". The researcher analyzed the validity of the netizens' prevalent emotions in commenting about the inspirational video that is worth sharing. It also will give us a glimpse of the pyschology of Information Sharing and how the netizens shared content in Social Media sites like YouTube. The next part of this paper aims to validate the problem why we share information content in Social Media. The Introductory part of the paper will explain the process of generating the Abadiano's Netizens Information Sharing Theory. ![]()
